We had a customer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania call us to do a carpet repair. The customer, Samantha Reilly, was cleaning her home and dropped a bottle of bleach on an area of her carpet. She didn’t know if we could help, but was willing to give it a try. We came out to her home and looked at the big bleached spot in the center of her living room. She had a small amount of carpet left from the install, so we measured the carpet spot and the remainder carpet, and it was going to be tight, but we could try. We gave her an estimate, and Samantha didn’t want us to come back, but to try to repair the carpet right then, so we started work. We blended the carpet together, and within an hour we had the carpet repair completed. Samantha was thrilled. She couldn’t believe it. She was taking pictures of the area, then showing her family and friends. We found out that Samantha left us a review on one of the review sites online. She gave us an A+ review that was based upon our responsiveness, professionalism and quality work.
