Our company got a call from a Julie Cooper, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was looking for a flooring company that could do carpet installation within 72 hours. She had ordered new furniture that was going to be delivered in 3 days, and had to have new carpet down before the furniture arrived. All the other flooring companies wanted to charge her an additional $500 for such a quick turnaround. We went out to look over the space that she wanted the carpet installed. Our carpet installers gave Julie a bid and let her know we could start at eight, the next morning, and have the carpet installed within her deadline. She had already had purchased the carpet, so we arrived at her home before eight and started working immediately. We removed the current carpet, then started laying the carpet, stretching, and getting the carpet installed. We not only beat the 72 hour deadline, but we had it done in one day. Julie was speechless when we told her we were done, and there was no $500 increase in the price. Afterwards, Julie said the carpet looked spectacular. The carpet was laid before her furniture arrived. She said she was blown away with our service, responsiveness and price.
